Hi Jim-- I hope all is well and that you and your family got through the COVID crisis without too much harm. I am fine. In 2020, I published my eleventh book, Political Culture in the Age of Trump (Lanham, MD: Lexington Books). I am doing a book fair in Chicago in a couple of weeks featuring my novel: Mezzogiorno in Chicago. My golf has been bad, but I am slowly rebuilding my swing, and at the moment, my swing is improving.
In August, my wife and I will be celebrating our 50th anniversary. My children are all well, as are our grandkids.
Take care of yourself. al melone

Jerry,
Are you and Lennie okay? We’re watching the devastation Kentucky has endured and immediately thought of you folks…our prayers are with all there in Ky.
Blessings,

My heart is so saddened to hear of Georges passing. He was such a nice guy! At the last re-union George and I were dancing for the first time after all these years. Being my usual "say anything" person, I asked him why he never asked me out in high school.? In a very shy way he said " I didn't date alot in high school". Perhaps he did not, but he sure ended up with a beautiful wife! My prayers are with her and the entire family at this very sad time. The world has lost a very fine person. But heaven has gained another beautiful soul! "Rest in Peace" in the arms of our Lord. You will be missed here on earth but we will all meet again in Heaven.
With love and sadness,
Sharon Barker-Vincent
I got to know George just prior to our 45th reunion and we ended up traveling together to Laughlin as we both live in Idaho. We shared a love for old cars and attended a couple of car shows together. Regrettably we lost contact in recent years due to health issues within our families. George you will be missed...rest in peace.
